Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Serving as a senior management official on issues relating to assigned programs, representing the District; 2) ) applying problem solving techniques to resolve problems relating to Programs and Project Management Division (PPMD); 3) Making recommendations regarding resources to devote to particular programs involving a significant portion of the District's budget; 4) serves as a senior advisor to the Commander, DPM, management staff of the District, customers, local representatives, etc., on programmatic operations and 5) attending meetings with appropriate agency officials, contractors, and representatives to discuss and/or resolve concerns associated with delivery of projects, management of planning, design, and construction funding and other potential program/project impacts.
You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:
Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-13).
