- Schedule and manage executive calendars to optimize time and prevent conflicts.
- Coordinate and schedule division meetings, including venue selection and sending invites.
- Develop agendas for Portfolio Management division meetings.
- Input data into project tracking systems.
- Draft meeting notes, as directed.
- Draft and format memorandums and correspondence.
- Assist Division in tracking project schedules.
- Operate and maintain office automation equipment.
To qualify, applicants must possess one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-06 grade level (ZS-III at NIST).
Specialized experience is defined as experience:
- Managing and coordinating executive-level calendars, ensuring optimized scheduling and conflict resolution
- Drafting, formatting, and editing official memorandums, correspondence, and presentations for executive-level staff
- Providing administrative support for the execution of projects
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done. We will credit all qualifying volunteer experience in your application.
