About the role
You will be working with an experienced team of developers on our new platform. You will work partially remote and partially from our office in Zielona Góra.
What will you be doing?
- developing our software platform, which is used by world leaders in the eCommerce market,
- comprehensive product management ranging from analysis, through development, testing to implementation in the cloud,
- maintaining and monitoring systems responsible for servicing millions of orders each month,
- cooperation with teams from the United Kingdom and the United States,
- operation based on Agile principle,
What are we looking for?
- at least 2 years of experience in programming in Java,
- familiarity with working with Hibernate, Spring,
- working efficiently with relational databases, mainly MySQL, Oracle,
- proven experience in working with Git, Jira, Confluence,
- teamplayer,
- communicate easily in English,
- want to work on a MacBooks,
- want to gain experience in developing IaC using Terraform, AWS Cloud.
What will make you stand out?
- experience in frontend projects,
- familiarity with usage of design patterns
- experience in testing applications (unit testing, integration testing, knowledge of testing tools),
- work in the Bash console,
- knowledge in the area of Spring Boot, microservices, REST / SOAP API, JavaScript Frameworks,
- the ability to use tools for automatic deployment, e.g. Jenkins.
What do we offer?

💸 Clear and transparent compensation plan. The salary range for this role is 121.800-182.700 PLN yearly depending on experience. We will discuss the indicated range with you in the first recruiting call to ensure that we are on the same page.
🗓️ Annual Salary Review: We are reviewing the salaries of all our teams annually in order to evaluate an increase according to individual performance and the business results.
📙 Personal Training Budget. Up to 7.600 year training budget (certifications, conferences attendance, etc.) to invest in your professional development. We want to help you improve your technical skills, feel involved in the product community, and develop your soft skills to lead teams and manage other stakeholders.
🌅 Up to 30 days of vacation per year (additional days are granted along with seniority at AUCTANE).
