Key Responsibilities:

1. Community and Telegram Moderation Oversight

• Lead and oversee Telegram community interactions, ensuring a positive and engaged atmosphere.
• Guide moderators, provide training as needed, and establish guidelines that reflect our brand's tone and values.
• Monitor community sentiment, address escalated concerns, and adjust strategies based on feedback.

2. Strategic Project Planning

• Execute project roadmaps, setting clear objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Collaborate with team leaders to ensure goals align with the company’s vision and long-term growth strategies.
• Perform meticulous quality assurance, manage project risks and proactively adjust plans to ensure deadlines and goals are consistently met.

3. Business Development

• Identify and pursue partnership opportunities that align with our brand and growth objectives.
• Build and nurture relationships with potential partners, investors, and key stakeholders.
• Work with internal teams to develop proposals, pitches, and presentations.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration

• Partner closely with the Social Media Manager to synchronize community messaging, campaign rollouts, and engagement strategies.
• Support the social media team with timely updates and guidance on community-related insights.
• Ensure cohesive brand representation across all channels.

5. Public Relations & Communications

• Serve as a primary point of contact for external communications, including press releases, media inquiries, and announcements.
• Build and maintain relationships with crypto journalists, influencers, and media outlets to drive positive media coverage.
• Collaborate with the content team to draft and review communications materials that reflect our voice and values.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management, preferably within the crypto, blockchain, or fintech industry.
• Exceptional English language skills both written and verbal.
• Strong familiarity with Telegram, social media platforms, and community engagement.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with a knack for multitasking and prioritizing in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in public relations or communications.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team structure.
• Strong analytical skills, with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
