Job Description:

Dynamo Technologies is seeking a Senior .NET Developer to provide essential support and services for the USDA NAC (National Accuracy Clearinghouse) initiative.  In this role, you will be responsible for system design, development, testing, security implementation, and reporting. Additionally, you will play a vital role in continuous system monitoring to uphold operational integrity. As part of our team, you will provide invaluable state implementation support and offer assistance to users as needed.

Note: Candidate must have passed a Tier 2 / Public Trust background check within the last 5 years

Duties/ Responsibilities 

The roles and responsibilities of the Senior .NET Developer are, but not limited to:

  • Provide operations and maintenance support for applications, including tech stack lifecycle updates, security vulnerability remediation, minor updates and enhancements.
  • Provide support to federal development resources, assist with organizing and prioritizing work with product owners. Find ways to improve maintainability and sustainability.
  • Participate in a scrum team to address backlog of production issues, bugs, and feature enhancement requests.
  • Maintain and enhance applications built in in C# / .NET (using Blazor WebAssembly) and JavaScript.
  • Support the creation of technical documentation for maintenance of applications.
  • Use Agency approved and specified GitHub repository to store source code, document code, release packages, and associated artifacts.
  • Write clean and efficient code, following best practices and coding standards.
  • Support new projects and tasks for software development projects as requested by the government.

Required Skills/Abilities

  • 5+ years of experience building .NET web applications, preferably using Blazor WebAssembly
  • Experience with Azure Cloud, preferably Azure Government Cloud
  • Proficient in C# / .NET and JavaScript
  • Proficient in PostgreSQL and CosmosDB / NoSQL databases
  • Proficient in Serverless API design & Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) architecture
  • A strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and web standards
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple project /application assignments
  • U.S Citizenship required

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience

  • Rarely

Clearance Requirement:

  • Candidate must have passed a Tier 2 / Public Trust background check within the last 5 years

Salary:

  • $120k.  The salary range offered is an estimate made in good faith, intended to encompass various experience levels.
