  1. Chief Technology Officer 6 days ago by chovy
    Remote, USA

Life360 is a Remote First company, which means a remote work environment will be the primary experience for all employees. All positions, unless otherwise specified, can be performed remotely (within the US) regardless of any specified location above.

    About Life360

Life360's mission is to keep people close to the ones they love. They help families protect the people, pets, and things they care about with their industry-leading mobile app and category-defining Tile tracking devices. Life360 has more than 50 million monthly active users (MAU) in more than 150 countries and is now the 16th most-used iOS app in the United States, running on almost 15% of iPhones. Founded in 2008 and going public on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX: 360) in 2019, the company expects revenues of over $300 million in 2023, with core Life360 subscription revenues growing over 50% year-to-year. In addition to being publicly listed on the ASX, the company is an SEC registrant, with plans to dual list on a US exchange (i.e., NASDAQ or NYSE) in the near future.

Life360 is at an exciting point in its trajectory, reaching positive cash flow and profitability in 2023 while maintaining our status as a category-leading growth company. In 2022, Life360 acquired Tile, the pioneer in finding technology, and Jiobit, one of the top real-time location monitoring platforms for families. These expanded offerings mark an important step forward toward achieving the company’s vision of being the world's leading platform for people, pets, and things. The company has the opportunity to do unprecedented good for families through its valued core offerings across free and paid plans. Key features include advanced location sharing, lost item reimbursement, driver monitoring, help alerts, 24/7 roadside assistance, and crash detection with emergency response.

The goal is to become a household name and to drive growth domestically and through international expansion while expanding their offerings to establish ourselves as the must-have mobile-based membership for families of all stages. Life360’s growing team of 500+ employees operates as remote-first, with the majority of the leadership team centered around San Francisco and people located across the U.S., Canada, Europe, and Asia. The company’s ASX listing gives employees the liquidity of a public company with the upside of a private growth stage business with no liquidation preferences.

For government reporting purposes, we ask candidates to respond to the below self-identification survey. Completion of the form is entirely voluntary. Whatever your decision, it will not be considered in the hiring process or thereafter. Any information that you do provide will be recorded and maintained in a confidential file.

As set forth in Life360’s Equal Employment Opportunity policy, we do not discriminate on the basis of any protected group status under any applicable law.

    Race & Ethnicity Definitions

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

An "Armed forces service medal veteran" means a veteran who, while serving on active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service, participated in a United States military operation for which an Armed Forces service medal was awarded pursuant to Executive Order 12985.

    Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

    OMB Control Number 1250-0005

    Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.

How do you know if you have a disability?
