As we prepare to scale, we're looking for an Account Manager to join our small and nimble team to help us in launching the nation’s first free prison communications platform.
Position Overview
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for post-launch maintenance of client relationships, ensuring successful on-going support for Ameelio’s communication and education technology. This role involves close collaboration with the Director of Implementation, the Customer Support Team, and the Engineering Team to manage and maintain the configuration of hardware and software. The Account Manager will be involved throughout the entire client lifecycle, from the launch of products and adoption to long-term operational success. With large clients, you might be asked to facilitate launch and deployments, where needed.
Responsibilities
Customer relationship management –– 70%
Develop and maintain customer relationships through understanding their technical needs, IT configurations, and operational workflows
Manage and maintain documentation on technical issues to assist correctional facilities and staff
Communicate effectively with correctional staff, vendors, and Ameelio team members to build customer trust, meet new needs, and advocate for the customer
Deliver and manage strategies between the customer and internal teams, such as engineering, for operational changes, feature requests, and upgrades to hardware and software throughout the relationship
Solve problems and resolve conflicts in a timely manner
Present progress reports to internal teams and customers to iterate on improvements
Share insights with the Sales Team to recommend future expansion opportunities
Serve as a expert on all Ameelio products and services
Implementation support –– 30%
Provide technical support and training (on-site and online) to correctional facilities and staff and internal Ameelio teams during and post-implementation
Support implementation processes, ensuring optimal performance and quick resolution of any issues

You will serve as resident expert and technical authority on AEGIS Computer Suites (BL 5-9); MK9/10 ORTS: Legacy Computing suites (AN/UYK-43, AN/UYQ-70); AEGIS LAN Interconnect System (ALIS); Mission Critical Enclosures, AEGIS GMD equipment.
You will be responsible for providing technical and engineering services in the performance, operation, maintenance, Depot Level repair and moderinzation, system testing/certification and Fleet Support.

The incumbent will oversee, and support initiatives related to the IHSC Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, network upgrades, interoperability, operational efficiency, SharePoint updates, and IT modernization projects. This role is critical in advancing secure, high-quality healthcare technology solutions for IHSC's nationwide operations.
IHSC employs a multi-sector, multidisciplinary workforce of more than 1,600 personnel, including U.S. Public Health Service (PHS) commissioned officers, federal civil servants, and contract staff. IHSC provides on-site direct patient care to ICE detainees at 18 detention facilities across the country and manages off-site medical care for detainees housed in approximately 128 additional non-IHSC facilities. What You’ll Do
As a Senior Motion Designer, Marketing, you will be responsible for leading motion design needs across video-based content and digital experiences for Consensys’ marketing initiatives across its suite of products with a focus on MetaMask. Working closely with your creative counterparts in the marketing team and product design community across Consensys, you’ll raise the bar for the creative quality of our motion-based work, which includes creative items such as promo videos, brand identity motion studies, social video content, event collateral, and more. And to do so, you'll bring with you a wealth of experience and be curious, creative and intuitive with a deep commitment to creating work that resonates with the highly-engaged crypto community and expanding mainstream audiences.
How You’ll Do It
Using your concepting, previsualization, storyboarding, and motion design skills to create engaging moments for our users across media channels
Collaborating with the creative, design, product and marketing teams to deliver work that achieves brand and messaging goals
Ensuring our brand design systems are implemented correctly
Thinking strategically and empathetically about our users
We’re looking for someone with
5-7 years relevant experience, preferably at a design firm, advertising agency, or production company
Expertise and/or formal education in motion design and animation principles and their process of ideation, creation and production
Experience working across media placements such as video and digital experiences
A strong reel and portfolio demonstrating a passion for motion design craft
