Sales Development Representative

Role Description:
We are seeking an ambitious and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us expand our clientele in the field of web development consulting. This is a commission-only role, perfect for those who are driven by results and comfortable with a performance-based income. You will be the front line of our company, fostering strong business relationships with potential clients.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and build a consistent pipeline for the sales team through cold calling, email communication, and other proactive outreach strategies.
- Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client's business needs.
- Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
- Present our company to potential clients, identifying how our services meet their needs.
- Collaborate with the team to secure, retain, and grow accounts.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a sales role is a plus, but not required. Training will be provided.
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written. Must be fluent in English.
- Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation, and self-discipline.
- Ability to work independently, while also being a team player.
- Openness to learning about and understanding the field of web development consulting.
Commission Structure:
This is a commission-only role. You will be compensated with a commission for each successful sale. Specifics about the commission rate will be discussed during the interview process. But typical rate would be $100 per client. Or if its a larger deal 20% of recurring monthly revenue generated.
Please note: This is a remote position. You can work from anywhere with reliable internet access.
Entry-level plan you'll be selling is is $97/month to maintain online presence for small businesses. We will provide cold leads which require you calling them during business hours.
