Service Designer

We are now hiring for a mid-level Service Designer to join an international Innovation Consultancy working on a range of digital transformation and projects across worldwide products.

We are seeking a passionate team player who can work within a Service Design team and has commercial experience.

Responsibilities:

To design experiences with a customer centred mindset To work in different research methods both in person and desktop ux research and know how to benchmark, and work with data analytics as well as other industry trends To structure the research in order to reduce risks that may impact on results To analyse the ux research to uncover the end user needs along with the pain points and be able to turn these into a clear direction for the service experience To help facilitate design thinking workshops across the entire design process To be responsible for the design and development of service concepts – journeys, service design blue prints as well as other service design artefacts to provide practical insights and be able to inform strategic directions for clients To work in a range of activities that enable the team to learn and evolve the service design discipline To work with clients and their teams to understand key business objectives To algin the end user service needs to drive business goals To assist with preparing proposals

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

3 years exp within a service design role / cx /research / innovation Exp of conducting and analysing user research To have exp of writing interview scripts and conducting interviews To be able to write surveys and trial new concepts To have the ability to create customer journeys, service blueprints and other service design assets To have some experience facilitating workshops To be adaptable with changing priorities Exp with creative design capabilities Exp of using InDesign / Sketch / Figma / Miro etc Exp of working within digital Team player Ability to multitask with strong time management skills Bonus if you have any exp designing at a conceptual level for prototypes and or any product design exp
